| Making A Purchase ***PLEASE NOTE**** Our Mail Order service only operates between October and March. We have therefore turned off the facility to order plants through thte website. You will not be able to place orders through the website again from September 2009. Placing an order could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We do not accept credit card payment over the Internet. We will email you to confirm your order and you can either send a cheque or your credit card details in the post. Payments by credit card can also be made over the telephone. |
| Shipping And Handling ***PLEASE NOTE**** Our Mail Order service only operates between October and March. We have therefore turned off the facility to order plants through thte website. You will not be able to place orders through the website again from September 2009 We deliver either by courrier or by the post to mailand UK. For small orders of up to three plants we use the Post Office. The postal service takes up to three days and costs from £6.50. All other orders are sent by courier for £12.50 for up to 15 plants; £18.50 for up to 50 plants. Please telephone for the cost of sending larger orders. You may opt to pick up your order at any of the London Farmers markets that we do. Please see our main web site for details. |

| Tax Charges VAT is not generally charged to indivivduals but may be charged if you are registered for VAT. |
| Guarantee We guarantee all our plants to be true named varieties as labeled. Additionally, we offer a full refund if you are unhappy with the quality of the plants you receive, providing we are notified of your unhappiness within 48 hours of receipt of your plants. |
