Jacob's Ladder that forms a dense clump of lilac blue flowers in late spring, with a second flowering in early autumn.

The most elegant of the Jacob's Ladders with bronzed foliage and spires of soft blue bells. Smell the flowers: they have a delicious scent. The plant originally appeared in the garden of a friend of Carol Klein. Carol named it in memory of her a friend: a plant with such a pedigree is bound to be a good one. We've grown it for years and found it to be tough, vigorous and floriferous. 75cm

Stunning, compact plant with dark foliage and dep-blue flowers. Like other polemoniums this grows best in a rich soil in part-shade. 60cm
