Panicum

Tight clumps of upright, glaucous foliage proivde neat vertical lines. This grass never flops, even in the strongest winds. 1.5m tall.

The tips of the this variety begin to turn red during the early summer and by autumn the whole plant is aglow. We grow an annual red zinnia through ours. It is shorter than other panicums at about 1m tall.

A robust cultivar with arching stems that respond to the slightest breeze. At the end of summer the panicles provide a haze of purple. 1.5m tall
