Eucomis

Bulbous plants that are conspicuous both in pots and in the garden. Chunky stems topped with cream-coloured pineapple-like flowers. They need a warm sunny spot and will seed themselves around when happy.

Dark purple glossy leaves and stems. The difference between this and E. 'Zeal Bronze' is hard to see. If you have got one you don't need the other.
